We truly appreciate everything you did to help!

Everything ended up working out great once we got to Costa Rica.  Keith and the whole staff at The Palms were really awesome and accommodating.  They allowed us to stay an extra night to make up for missing the first day.  I’m not sure if you’ve ever been there but if not, it is definitely worth the trip!  And, thank you very much for all your help with connecting with Keith and keeping him updated on our status on Saturday.  We truly appreciate everything you did to help!
