Meet the Team
Dean graduated from Texas Tech and went into the computer business for Texas Instruments and ultimately landed as Director of OEM Sales for 20 years at Western Digital.
He found a love for auctions and began doing Charity Auctions in his free time. After retiring from Western Digital, Dean started DM Auction Services and began working full-time with a mission to offer complete auction services to Non-Profits.
Dean is married to Gail McCurry and they have 3 children and 5 grandkids.
Kayla has been with DM Auction Services for 10+ years. Kayla worked for Lewisville ISD in the Technology Department for 16 years and kept up with the latest technology as it was ever changing. She has been supporting mobile bidding technology successfully from its beginning and understands what it takes to make your event run seamlessly. Her highly trained staff is also available for all events.
Kayla lives in Lewisville, has 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
Gail McCurry is an integral part of DM Auction Services. Her roles include: guest support, spotter, merchandise placement, and PR & Customer experience.
Prior to working alongside her husband with DM Auction Services, Gail had a career as a flight attendant and worked in destination management.
Gail is married to Dean, and they have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
Frank has been a Professor of Computer Science at major universities, a Senior Scientist and Consultant working with the U.S. Intelligence Community, and now enjoys sales and marketing at DM Auction Services helping nonprofit organizations raise money for the needy.
Allison joined the DM Auction Services team in December 2020 to help launch DM Travel. With over 20 years in the Hospitality and Event Planning business, she will provide expertise in the development and execution of our amazing Travel Packages. She thoroughly understands the operational and financial side of the travel and will be key in providing amazing experiences to our trip winners.
Allison lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband, 2 kids and 2 Great Danes.
Dustin has a background in customer service, and enjoys using his skills to help ensure your event is a success. He has a strong background in technology, especially with computers and audio/video.
Tyler Rankin graduated from Texas A&M University in 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics. He Graduated from the American Auction Academy in 2015 on went on to win the Texas Rookie State Championship in 2017. Working with DM Auction Services for the past four years he has done over 50 events as a ringman and auctioneer. He continues to improve his craft with expert knowledge and counseling from Dean.
Tyler resides in Brenham Texas with his wife Jamie and two sons ages eleven and nine. When he is not calling an auction, he works fulltime at Blue Bell Creameries as an I.T. Specialist.
Ryan joined DM Auction Services in 2016 as a helpdesk associate during in-person auctions and loves being part of the team. When the pandemic hit in 2020, and in-person activities were postponed, Ryan transitioned to an audiovisual role and provides technical support during virtual and hybrid auctions.
Ryan was born and raised in Dallas and enjoys sports, hiking, camping, and being outdoors.
Renee has an extensive background in competitive cheerleading, performing, and coaching, with multiple college level national championships. After graduating with an MBA in 2008, she went into professional sales and marketing and found a passion for charity events.
She has been working with DM Auction Services since 2015 as a raffle sales professional, helping event organizers find additional, creative ways to meet their fundraising goals.
After spending several years as a stay at home mom, Kelly stumbled into website design and social media and found a love for helping people share their brands with the public through a strong online presence. After meeting Dean at a charity event in 2014, Kelly joined the team as website designer and as customer service at events.
Kelly is currently a student at the University of North Texas, where she is pursuing a Masters degree in Library Science with an emphasis on Archival Studies. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, camping, and being outdoors.
Jerry Goldstone is one of Northern California’s premiere Fundraising Auctioneers, each year helping non-profits raise millions of dollars for their organizations.
With over 20 years of experience as an auctioneer, motivational speaker and stand-up comedian, he inspires every guest to have fun and feel good about giving.
