Dean graduated from Texas Tech and went into the computer business for Texas Instruments and ultimately landed as Director of OEM Sales for 20 years at Western Digital.
He found a love for auctions and began doing Charity Auctions in his free time. After retiring from Western Digital, Dean started DM Auction Services and began working full-time with a mission to offer complete auction services to Non-Profits.
Dean is married to Gail McCurry and they have 3 children and 7 grandkids.
Kayla has been with DM Auction Services for 10+ years. Kayla worked for Lewisville ISD in the Technology Department for 16 years and kept up with the latest technology as it was ever changing. She has been supporting mobile bidding technology successfully from its beginning and understands what it takes to make your event run seamlessly. Her highly trained staff is also available for all events.
Kayla lives in Lewisville, has 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
Allison joined the DM Auction Services team in December 2020 to help launch DM Travel. With over 20 years in the Hospitality and Event Planning business, she will provide expertise in the development and execution of our amazing Travel Packages. She thoroughly understands the operational and financial side of the travel and will be key in providing amazing experiences to our trip winners.
Allison lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband, 2 kids and 2 Great Danes.

Luther Davis
Luther Davis is a Texas-licensed Auctioneer with over 35 years of experience and a proud recipient of the Texas Auctioneer Association’s Champion Auctioneer award. He and his wife Dena own and operate Davis Auctioneers and Texas Star Auctions, conducting auctions across the state ranging from estates and antiques to benefits and storage. Luther holds the prestigious CAI (Certified Auction Institute), BAS (Benefit Auctioneer Specialist), and PRI (Professional Ringmen Institute) designations. He is also a licensed Realtor with Real Broker LLC / Coleman and Patterson Real Estate. Luther and Dena reside in Burleson, Texas.
Charlotte Collins
Charlotte Collins joined DM Auction Serivices in 2024. With a robust background in medical sales, she spent over six years excelling in client relationship management, strategic marketing, and sales optimization. After taking a career break to focus on her family and raising her children, Charlotte returned to the professional world with renewed vigor and a unique outlook. Her experience as a stay-at-home mom enriched her problem-solving skills, adaptability, and time management—qualities that seamlessly translate into her new sales role.
Charlotte lives in The Colony with her husband and three children.
John Rhadigan
Emmy Award winning sportscaster, John Rhadigan, joined Fox/Bally Sports in 2001. He anchors nightly pre and post game shows for the professional teams including the Texas Rangers and Oklahoma City Thunder.
Rhadigan has been recognized for his outstanding work by the Lone Star Chapter of the National Television Academy, the Texas Associated Press and the Dallas Press Club. He has won numerous awards including nine Lone Star Emmy Awards.
He came to Fox/Bally from NBC5 Dallas where he was a sports reporter and weekend sports anchor from 1990-2001. While at Channel 5 he also started working on the Texas Rangers broadcast.
A veteran of hundreds of charity events, Rhadigan has Emcee’d, auctioned and cared for causes all over the state of Texas. From Master of Ceremonies of the National Bear Bryant Award in Houston to auctioneer at his children’s elementary school and countless other events and charities. He currently resides in Waxahachie where he and his wife Kathy own an event venue called the Abbey Estate.

Tyler Rankin
Tyler Rankin graduated from Texas A&M University in 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics. He Graduated from the American Auction Academy in 2015 on went on to win the Texas Rookie State Championship in 2017. Working with DM Auction Services for the past four years he has done over 50 events as a ringman and auctioneer. He continues to improve his craft with expert knowledge and counseling from Dean.
Tyler resides in Brenham Texas with his wife Jamie and two sons ages eleven and nine. When he is not calling an auction, he works fulltime at Blue Bell Creameries as an I.T. Specialist.

Prior to working alongside her husband with DM Auction Services, Gail had a career as a flight attendant and worked in destination management.
Gail is married to Dean, and they have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
